Questions we get before an order.

Do you sell directly, or through dealers?: We sell directly from our facility in Aragon, Georgia. Contact us and we will handle your quotation, order and delivery.
Why is there no price on the machines?: Machinery is built and shipped to specification. Options, working width, freight distance and applicable taxes all change the total, so we issue a written quotation instead of a shelf price.
How do I order?: Request a quote, review the written quotation covering specification, lead time, freight, taxes and warranty, then confirm in writing. We issue an order confirmation before production or dispatch begins.
How are payments handled?: Payment terms and schedule are stated on your quotation and order confirmation. We confirm the accepted payment methods in writing before any funds are due.
What are your lead times?: Stock machines are typically 2–3 weeks to delivery. Built-to-order machines range from around 6 to 16 weeks depending on the model. The lead time for your configuration is stated on your quotation.
Do you deliver, and what does it cost?: Yes. Delivery is by flatbed or heavy-haul freight depending on the machine. Cost, routing and any oversize permits are quoted per destination.
What warranty comes with a machine?: Warranty terms vary by model and are listed on each machine page and on your quotation. Full terms are in our Warranty Policy.
Can you build to a non-standard specification?: Often, yes. Send us the field conditions and the tractor you are pairing with and we will confirm what we can build.
Can I get parts for an older machine?: Contact us with the serial number from your build record and we will identify the parts available for that unit.
