Shipping & Delivery Policy

How we ship

Machinery is shipped from our facility at 4 W. 5th St, Aragon, GA 30104 by flatbed or heavy-haul freight, depending on the machine's dimensions and weight. Oversize loads may require permits and routing, which we arrange.

Costs

Freight, permits and handling are quoted per destination and itemised on your quotation and invoice before you confirm an order. We do not add undisclosed delivery charges afterwards.

Lead times

• Stock machines: typically 2–3 weeks to delivery.
• Built-to-order machines: typically 6–16 weeks depending on the model.

The lead time for your configuration is stated on your quotation. We notify you promptly if a confirmed window changes.

Site requirements

You are responsible for safe, legal access for a heavy truck and trailer, firm level ground for unloading, and a person on site to receive the machine at the agreed time. Let us know in advance if access is restricted.

Inspection on arrival

Inspect the machine before signing the delivery paperwork. Note any visible damage on the carrier's documents and photograph it, then contact us within 7 days.

Risk and title

Risk passes to you on delivery to the agreed address. Title passes on receipt of payment in full.

Shipping destinations

We deliver within the United States. For destinations outside the US, contact us before ordering so we can confirm feasibility, export documentation and cost.
