Manufacturing

From raw steel to finished frame, under one roof.

Keeping fabrication, machining and finishing in the same facility means we control the tolerances, the welds and the finish on every machine we ship.

Machinery frames being welded on assembly jigs
  1. Stage 01

    Cutting and fabrication

Plate and structural steel is cut, formed and welded into frames and toolbars on fixed jigs so every unit of a model is dimensionally repeatable.

  2. Stage 02

    Machining

Driveline housings, hubs and pivot points are machined in-house to the tolerances the assembly drawings call for.

  3. Stage 03

    Hydraulics and driveline

Cylinders, hoses and drive components are fitted and routed, then pressure tested before the machine moves to finishing.

  4. Stage 04

    Finishing

Frames are cleaned, primed and powder-coated for field exposure, then final-assembled with guards, lighting and decals.

  5. Stage 05

    Final inspection

Each machine is checked against its build sheet, torque-verified and function tested. The record ships with the machine.

Custom builds and non-standard widths

Working widths, hitch categories, tine spacing and hydraulic configurations can be changed from the catalogue standard. Send us the field conditions and the tractor you are pairing with, and we will confirm what we can build and what it affects.
