Inspection and testing

• Dimensional check of frames and toolbars against the build drawing.
• Weld inspection on structural joints before finishing.
• Hydraulic systems pressure tested prior to shipment.
• Torque verification on structural and driveline fasteners, logged per unit.
• Function test of drives, lighting and controls where fitted.

Operator safety

• PTO and driveline guards fitted where the design requires them.
• ROPS-equipped cabs on self-propelled machines.
• Transport lighting and marking fitted to trailed implements.
• Safety decals and an operator manual supplied with every machine.

Build records

Each machine ships with a record of the inspections and tests carried out on that unit, including its serial number. Keep it with the machine — it supports warranty claims and parts identification.

Claims we make

We publish only the standards, tests and terms we actually apply. We do not claim certifications we do not hold. If your procurement process requires specific documentation or third-party certification, tell us before ordering so we can confirm in writing what we can and cannot provide.

Reporting a safety concern

If you identify a safety issue with one of our machines, stop using it and contact us immediately by phone. We will advise on inspection and remedy.
