Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to use of this website and to quotations and orders issued by Legacy Art Management LLC. Where a signed agreement or written quotation says something different, that document takes precedence.

Quotations

Quotations describe a specific configuration and are valid for the period stated on the quotation. Specifications, availability and lead times published on this website are indicative and are confirmed on your quotation.

Orders

An order exists when you accept a quotation in writing and we issue an order confirmation. The order confirmation states the specification, price, taxes, freight, lead time, payment schedule and warranty terms.

Prices, taxes and fees

Prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax, freight, permits and handling fees are itemised separately on your quotation and invoice.

Payment

Payment terms are stated on your order confirmation. Title to the machine passes on receipt of payment in full; risk passes on delivery as set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates given in good faith. We will notify you promptly of any change to a confirmed delivery window.

Safe use

Machinery must be operated in accordance with the operator manual and applicable safety regulations, by competent operators, with guards fitted. We are not responsible for loss arising from misuse, unauthorised modification or failure to maintain the machine.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our liability in connection with a machine is limited to the price paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of crop, yield or profit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
